The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
We faced numerous frustrations with the door cards that constantly failed to work, leaving us standing in the hallway, which was particularly difficult for my elderly mother. Additionally, the easy e-checkout promised by management never came through, resulting in no receipt for our stay. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was exceptionally loud, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere during the night.

Business travelers take note!
I had a great experience renting the conference room for a business meeting. The room was actually much bigger than it appeared online. A kitchenette for snacks and coffee! I couldn’t believe how friendly and helpful the staff were too-they stuck with us while we solved a tech issue with our laptop and didn't make us feel rushed at all.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, the quality justifies it.

All good! though soundproofing needs improvement.

Had an awesome group vacation here! The location is close to stunning spots like the heirloom garden and Pomeroy living farm, making it easy to explore the area. The kitchenette was super convenient for our late-night snacks, and the laundry facilities were a lifesaver after our adventures. The staff really went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
One thing that was a bit annoying was the check-in process, which took longer than expected. After a long trip, waiting at reception can test patience, but it was still worth it overall.

We loved the home-like comforts here, especially the kitchenette—it made meal prep a breeze for our large family! The outdoor grills were a nice surprise too, perfect for an evening BBQ with relatives. The location also made exploring Vancouver easy.
My wife says that cooking utensils need upgrading.

great amenities but room issues
The kitchenette in the King Studio was incredibly handy for preparing meals. I appreciated the laundry facilities available on-site, making it easy to freshen up during my stay. The overall cleanliness and modern design of the hotel made a strong positive impression on me. It offered convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants, which enhanced our experience.
However, the air conditioning unit was quite loud, which affected our comfort.

We stayed in a Queen Studio Hearing Accessible room for our trip. The kitchenette was a nice touch, super handy for breakfast prep. The bed was really comfortable, and the room was surprisingly quiet, which was great for relaxation. But the air conditioning was an issue—it was quite loud and needed replacing, which was a hassle. Overall, the room had a lot of potential, but the noise was a letdown.
